Felo takes your privacy protection very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
1. Information Collection
1.1 Types of information we collect:
- Menstrual cycle data (period start date, end date, etc.)
- Health record data (mood, pain level, discharge, sexual activity, digestion, etc.)
- Cycle settings (average cycle length, period length)
- Reminder settings and preferences
- App technical usage data (for service improvement and crash reporting)
1.2 We do NOT collect:
- Your personal identification information (name, ID number, etc.)
- Your contact information (phone number, home address, etc.)
- Your precise GPS location information
- Your photos or other media files
2. Information Use
2.1 We use collected information to:
- Provide cycle prediction and analysis features
- Generate personalized reminder notifications
- Display health trends and statistics
- Improve app functionality, stability, and user experience
2.2 We do NOT:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your personal health data for advertising purposes
- Share your personal health data without your consent
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Data Storage:
- Local Storage First: All your Personal Health Data (including cycle records and symptoms) is stored locally on your device only.
- Technology: We use the SwiftData framework for secure local data management.
- No Health Data Upload: Your Personal Health Data is not uploaded to any of our servers. (Please note that anonymous technical data is processed by third-party services as strictly described in Section 8).
3.2 Security Measures:
- Support for Face ID / Touch ID biometric protection
- Encrypted data storage
- App lock feature to protect privacy
3.3 Data Backup:
If your device has iCloud backup enabled, your app data may be included in your personal iCloud backups designated by Apple. You can manage iCloud backups through your device settings.
4. Notification Permission
- 4.1 To provide reminder features, we need access to your notification permission.
- 4.2 You can turn off notification permission in system settings at any time.
- 4.3 We provide a Privacy Mode to hide sensitive words in notification content.
5. Data Export
- 5.1 You can export your data through the "Export Health Report" feature.
- 5.2 Exported data is provided in text format (CSV/PDF), which you can save or share yourself.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
6.1 Payment Processing
This App provides subscription services through the Apple App Store. All payment transactions are processed by Apple, and we do NOT collect, store, or access your payment information (such as credit card numbers, bank account information, etc.).
6.2 Subscription Information
We only receive your subscription status information (whether you have subscribed, subscription expiration date, etc.) through Apple's StoreKit framework to determine your access to premium features. We do NOT collect or store your Apple ID, payment methods, or any other payment-related personally identifiable information.
6.3 Auto-Renewal
- Subscription services will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time after purchase through your device's App Store settings.
6.4 Subscription Management
- You can view, manage, and cancel subscriptions in iPhone or iPad Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current subscription period.
6.5 Free Trial
Certain subscriptions may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, if you have not cancelled your subscription, billing will automatically begin. You can cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
6.6 Refund Policy
Subscription refunds are processed by Apple. If you have questions about your subscription or need a refund, please contact Apple Customer Support. We do not have the authority to process refund requests, nor can we access your payment information or transaction history.
7. Third-Party Services
- 7.1 This App integrates Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for app analytics and crash reporting. For detailed information, please refer to the "8. Third-Party SDKs" section.
- 7.2 This App will not sell or share your Personal Health Data to third parties for advertising or other commercial purposes.
8. Third-Party SDKs
To improve app quality and user experience, we have integrated the following third-party SDKs provided by Google.
8.1 Firebase Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics Service)
- Purpose: Collect app usage statistics to analyze user engagement and improve features.
- Information Collected: App usage events (e.g., feature clicks, screen views), Device Identifiers (such as IDFV/Instance ID), IP addresses, and other anonymous statistical data.
- Data Usage: Used only for app analysis and improvement.
- Privacy Note: Firebase Analytics does not have access to your menstrual cycle data or health records.

8.2 Firebase Crashlytics (Google Firebase Crash Reporting Service)
- Purpose: Collect app crash and error information to help fix bugs and improve stability.
- Information Collected: Crash logs, device state information (device model, OS version, free disk space), and installation UUIDs.
- Data Usage: Used only for diagnosing and fixing app issues.
- Privacy Note: Does not collect your personal identification information or health data.

8.3 Important Clarification:
The above third-party SDKs DO NOT collect your menstrual cycle data, specific health records, or other sensitive personal information. Your Personal Health Data remains stored only locally on your device.
9. Children's Privacy
- 9.1 This App is intended for users aged 18 and above.
- 9.2 We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
10. Your Rights
10.1 You have the right to:
- View, modify, or delete your data at any time within the app.
- Export your health data.
- Turn off notification features.
- Uninstall the App (uninstalling will permanently delete all local data).
10.2 Data Deletion:
Since data is stored locally, you can delete all data by simply uninstalling the App.
Warning: Deleted data cannot be recovered; please proceed with caution.
11. Privacy Mode
- 11.1 We provide a Privacy Mode feature to hide sensitive words (e.g., "Period", "Menstruation") in push notifications.
- 11.2 When Privacy Mode is enabled, notification messages will use discreet expressions.
12. Policy Updates
- 12.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
- 12.2 Updated policies will be published in the App settings.
- 12.3 Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
