We take your privacy seriously. FastCleanup ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information and data security. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
FastCleanup is designed to help users clean and organize storage, photos, videos, contacts, files, and emails. We only request permissions that are necessary to provide user-facing cleanup features.
FastCleanup is primarily a local storage cleanup tool. File scanning, duplicate detection, storage analysis, and cleanup recommendations are performed on your device whenever possible.
We do not upload, store, sell, or share your personal photos, videos, contacts, local files, or Gmail email content for advertising or data brokerage purposes.
Any photos, videos, files, contacts, or emails analyzed by FastCleanup are used only to provide cleanup, organization, and storage management features that are visible to you inside the app.
To function properly, FastCleanup may request the following permissions:
FastCleanup uses Gmail access only to provide the Email Cleanup feature requested by the user.
With your permission, FastCleanup may access Gmail data such as email metadata, sender information, subject lines, labels, dates, message identifiers, attachment indicators, message size information, and other information necessary to identify emails that may be old, large, promotional, or unnecessary.
FastCleanup may use Gmail access to help you:
FastCleanup does not permanently delete Gmail messages without your confirmation. Cleanup actions are only performed after you choose the emails or categories and confirm the cleanup action.
FastCleanup may request the following Gmail permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify
This permission allows FastCleanup to read and modify Gmail messages for the purpose of helping you organize and clean your mailbox. We use this permission to identify emails that may be cleaned and to move selected emails to Trash or update labels only after user confirmation.
FastCleanup does not request permission to change Gmail settings, forwarding settings, signatures, vacation responders, POP/IMAP settings, or other Gmail account settings.
FastCleanup's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing Email Cleanup features that are visible inside FastCleanup.
Gmail email analysis is performed on your device whenever possible.
FastCleanup does not store your Gmail email body, Gmail attachments, or full mailbox content on our servers for advertising, analytics, or resale purposes.
Authentication tokens, if stored on your device, are stored securely using platform-provided secure storage mechanisms where available.
We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the Email Cleanup feature, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or support user-requested functionality.
You can disconnect Gmail from FastCleanup inside the app where this option is available.
You can also revoke FastCleanup's access to your Google Account by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing FastCleanup from the list of third-party apps with account access:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
After access is revoked, FastCleanup will no longer be able to access your Gmail data unless you connect your Google Account again.
If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your use of FastCleanup, please contact us at kuma@oneboom.vip.
To improve app stability and user experience, we may use third-party analytics and crash reporting services. These services may collect app usage statistics, device information, crash diagnostics, performance data, and advertising attribution data.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics:
We use Google Firebase to collect crash reports, performance metrics, and app usage statistics, such as feature usage, session duration, device model, operating system version, and crash diagnostics. This helps us identify bugs and optimize the app.
Meta / Facebook SDK:
We may use Meta technologies to understand advertising performance and general app engagement trends. Data collected may include device model, operating system version, and app usage events.
These third-party analytics and advertising services do not receive your Gmail email body, Gmail attachments, or full Gmail mailbox content from FastCleanup for advertising purposes.

FastCleanup is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we access, use, store, or share Google user data, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, ask users to review and consent to the updated policy before using the affected features.
